ALVTECH LLC is committed to providing high-quality professional services, which are strictly rendered only upon the provision of proper payment. To ensure mutual security and protect the company against fraudulent service claims or non-payment, we implement a structured billing process: a partial deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due in full immediately upon completion of the services. By engaging our firm, clients acknowledge that all financial obligations must be satisfied promptly to maintain the integrity of the project and the legal protections afforded to our LLC.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; therefore, ALVTECH LLC reserves the right to fairly reschedule services due to unexpected situations or logistical constraints. In the event of a client-initiated cancellation, the company reserves the right to retain 50% of the initial deposit to cover administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities. Furthermore, if the scope of work requires more than a single day to complete, we may conduct multiple visits to ensure the highest standards of quality, and clients should be aware that an additional daily charge may be applied for extended project durations.
To cover the operational costs associated with mobilization, a standard travel fee of $1.00 per mile will be applied for all transit to the client's location. ALVTECH LLC maintains strict adherence to these terms to facilitate a transparent and fair business relationship while safeguarding our operational assets. Any attempts to circumvent these established payment protocols or engage in fraudulent activity will be handled with the full extent of our legal protections to ensure the continued stability and excellence of our service offerings.
